Pros
Good benefits, 401k match, good pto accrual, have had plenty of OT as desired.
Cons
Pay scale is not what people expect wind to pay anymore. Seasoned technicians don't make much more then new hires with no experience because new hire pay keeps rising but loyal employees don't see a raise outside of yearly merit increases which are often about 3%, not enough to keep up with inflation in today's age.
