      The 12 hour shifts and my Lead were great.

      Cons

      Safety is not watched like they claim in Orientation. Too many people injured and then the company doesn’t file WC with the state. I ended up having to take them to court.

      4 on 4 off switching between days and night every 4 days Strict on attendance This isn't a con for me but it might be for many- drug test
