      Pay, Stability, Culture, Etc. Etc.

      Cons

      Site has been without a manager for months. Site has been understaffed for months. Constant unwarranted disrespect from colleagues and upper management. No upward mobility unless you want to live in a different part of the country. Even then there's not that much upward mobility. Pay is below industry standard.

      In my two years at this site I had to deal with colleagues who would make consistent homophobic, sexist and racist comments. There is a workaholic culture as well. I was screamed at, berated and called childish names after stateing that I cant work overtime (+8hrs) on a sunday. I had worked 14hrs the day before, was expected to work overtime on the Monday. This was all in addition to working way over 40hrs in the week before
