      Four days off in a row is very nice. Pay is good for the area.

      Cons

      Rolling 4 days on, 4 days off, four nights on, four days off pattern makes committing to anything hard, as your days off are constantly shifting. Real toxic "boy's club" culture. Widespread drug use across all levels of staffing in production. I get it, those rotating days and nights are hard to cope with! Columbia's finest will get you through, though!
