      they'll bring newer employees and give them better benefits plus the management is full of BS, they'll lie to you to make you feel better about the company and won't hesitate to throw you under the bus

      Pros

      Starting pay is copacetic. But that is considering that you are going through a temp agency that will fire you "at will".

      Cons

      Everything else. I saw more than a handful of people asked to perform dangerous tasks and when they were injured as a result, they were quickly fired.
