Sinking ship in India ..... No stability ....

Easy life as there are No Orders and No Work .... also direction less management in India who do not know dam about INDIA .... for freshers it is still good but for experience not advisable as all the decisions are getting driven from Denmark ... so your learning your decision making power is Zero, No Learning Curve, just work as good clerk ....... You can learn politics very well here ....

Cons

Its sinking ship, highly unstable, every now & then people gets fired without assigning any reason ...... also there are no Orders coming in for last three years despite capital investing in Blade Factory, so most likely they might do down scale in 2018 so would create un stability & difficult for experienced people ....
