      Pros

      benefits and fair compensation, take home is good. They are no oil field company but they pay fair, and you get to make the world a better place, not line the pockets of big oil.

      Cons

      sometimes they force you to work 6 day work weeks for a few months, sometimes it only lasts like 2 months though.

      Extremely ineffective management, no growth opportunities, not uniform in policies and procedures, downright negative atmosphere.
