Work for the biggest wind energy company. International environment in the office. Great building

Cons

Company facing a terrible crisis with very bad management who didn't know how to tackle it. Continuous changes of directions on the strategy and bad planning on the Sales area. Focused on getting cash flow instead of getting profitability. To me it was very difficult to understand why the company reached so far with that level of incompetence
