      Colleagues were all great to work with at all levels of the organization. Work is very challenging with never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Mismatch between resources and workload led to overstretched employees. Work life and personal life balance is not very balanced and could use improvement.

      Pros

      Good salary and low cost health care, good PTO policy. My position allowed me to travel around many counties.

      Cons

      Very decadent company with very weak expense control. Poorly run due to poor communications and cooperation among different subsidiaries. Many initiatives at the same time, wasting resources and depressing employee morale.
