Renewable energy, international workforce, global presence, Scandic collaborative approach to things

Poorly managed, reactive sales approach exposing company to risk, burning shareholders money without caring especially under former CEO Engel, lack of disciplines and culture of fear where people too scared to speak out for fear of persecution; "people before megawatts" was nonsensical slogan which was just as untrue as it sounds. Too volatile for job security.
