      Good benefits. Good coworkers. Meaningful work.

      Cons

      Service department leadership was very caustic. Site Managers and Sr. Ops Managers were hesitiant to make suggestions or quesiton anything because it was like chum in the water for the sharks to devour. It was almost a sport for Sr. leaders (directors, VP, etc.) to cut down with no efforts to build up.
