Felxi timing, good work culture, lots of encouragement from management to do new things and think out of box. Good salary and bonus. Free flow on information and idea.

Cons

Workload is too high sometimes, but overall nothing to be really worried or annoyed about as the office timings are flexible.

Pros

Vestas offer a good package including benefits and a lot of dedicated colleagues to work together with towards a cleaner world. Good for parents since leaving early to go get your kids is no problem as long as you deliver/work other hours. Great global environment.

Cons

Vestas was too manager/top heavy when I worked there. If you don´t like and adopt changes you might have a hard time.
