If you are lucky and get a good supportive manager it could be a great place to work. You have the opportunity to change for the better the department you work in as initiatives for progress are often taken into consideration.

Cons

The workload is huge for one person, irrespective of the role you have. Lots of changes and not always very well thought and applicable for daily way of working.
