There is no GOOD reasons to work at Vestas.

Cons

Management habitually breaks company policies and puts profits ahead of employee safety. Woefully inadequate compensation for the stress and demands placed on employees. Management routinely engaged in office politics and pitted employees against one another so as to prevent employees from collectively holding management accountable for their treachery, dishonesty, and selfishness.
