Leaders don’t embrace different ideas of their team members. Global leaders are more pathetic. HR is also not very strong to overcome challenges due poor management. Poor pay rise.

The company is very strict on providing benefits to same sex partners and has strict controls on how you have to prove that you're in a relationship. None of these controls exist for opposite sex relationships. Also if you somehow get them to cover your spouse, they won't if they have a job with any kind of medical insurance. My partner has a job with poor benefits but good quality of life to support our family at home while i work. This policy isn't well thought out and saving a small amount of money for a small benefit at best, at worst the company is quietly discriminating against non traditional relationships
