The salaries were competitive for the area where I lived.

Cons

I thought I could make a lifetime career here, but that wasn't the case. The culture became toxic and I found little to no value in what I was doing day to day.

constant working we need work day in and day out no leave allowed to take leave whenever needed so we should not firiendly
