same as the rest of the pharmaceutical production business, its hectic and things go wrong sometimes

Pros

Mylan Pharmaceuticals was a great company to work. Mr. Puskar established a great business and took care of his employees and the area.

Cons

Upper management is more interested in then money than quality. Hence, they have moved manufacturing products to India and are not held to the same standards.
