You actually get to do science and use instrumentation without having a ph.d Benefits are great. Money is decent with yearly raises and a bonus. People are nice.

Cons

Long hours when important projects are in the queue.

Wonderful benefits especially with health care.

Cons

Too many bosses to please. Your commitment and loyalty to them is not rewarded. Layoffs every year at Mylan for 5 yrs. Executive team is out of touch with markets and their employees. Keep your resume current.
