Great co workers, excellent benefits, flexible vacation and personal time, most managers are understanding and care about you and your family.

Cons

not so forward thinking, likes to deal with issues only after they happen even though the issues are repeatedly brought up by staff. No clear development path, can get stuck in certain roles with no way out. Very little discussions around career goals and paths.
