Pros

There are a small handful of smart and experienced employees.

Cons

Benefits are horrible, senior management is not diverse, and the responsibilities of one employee is surmontable to three employees at other companies. Viatris does not value their employees and tend to nickel and dime everything in sight. Sea of average or below average employees.

Pros

Wide variety of products will allow you to develop knowledge in a wide variety of requirements. Lots of work. Fast moving company. Good annual bonus.

Cons

Not fluid (collaborators cannot try other areas); low investment in the collaborator; no progression. The mindset is still limited for the culture that aim to be implemented.
