Pros
Thankfully I worked with some phenomenal, genuine people but that was certainly an exception.
Cons
A full-on corporate machine that always claims to care about you and tell you how 'valued' you are whilst wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on focus groups that come up with terrible ideas on how to improve the work culture. Everyone has a flashy title and the bureaucracy is so obvious and prevents the company and employees from working at full capacity. A bonafide case of them not caring too much about the average worker was them shutting down multiple plants across the US during the merger. To their benefit I believe there were arrangements made for some of them to work for the next inhabitants of some of the plants but I don't know how that panned out for those workers.
