At the local level, top management is normal and has a full home office option.

Cons

The structure is being dismantled and outsourced. Small staff for the size of the company, moving towards automation. Immature, primitive systems and workflows compared to other multinational companies.

Projects are very interesting. Product portfolio. Market expansion projects

Toxic culture. Late decisions of global leaderships. Politics. Too many vertical leader who hate each others. Different systems for different teams. Leaders don’t embrace different ideas of their team members. Global leaders are more pathetic. HR is also not very strong to overcome challenges due poor management. Poor pay rise.
