      Vehicle provided, cellphone provided, nothing else

      Cons

      Vehicle provided is inadequate for work use, middle management is ineffective due to withdrawn and ignorant head office, constant accusations of laziness regardless of economic or environmental issues, prices are out to lunch, quality department doesn’t believe the product isn’t perfect, CS department is not fluent in English, stock/supplier issues are rampant, pointless meetings takes away personal time, high manager turnaround and dishonesty, CEO/Upper management refused to recognize issues with reps and territories

      3 week training. Met some good people. Get on with customers. Nice car . Car leaving when I left. Flexible working hours

      Extremely bad management. Very bad company model. Way to expensive. Not in line with the market. Bad commission structure. Bad pay. Unrealistic targets. Not very much support. Bad marketing
