      Wurth Canada needs a reality check. A lot of unethical decisions happening, management has very old school mentality, no flexibility or room for disagreement. No opportunity for learning and development, you have to use your paid vacation for the holiday shut down. I was lied to about the perks and policies in my interviews. They really embellished. HR is a joke. I brought forward concerns many times and nothing has changed. Don't work here if you value growth, work life balance and respect.

      Very few I'm stretching by trying to think have positive besides the people on the lower levels IE not management are nice to work with

      Complete dictatorship overpriced tools, horrible discounts for employees, unreasonable expectations and overtime

      Toxic culture

      Large international corporation with huge market presence.

      Cons

      This is a 60hr week job to stay on top of the increased job responsibilities. Six colleagues left within a year, four had no job lined up, just so stressed out and not heard or valued. This job needs to pay a minimum of $50,000, double the department size and a full time manager On site. The division is a dumping ground and has lost many dedicated, hardworking employees. Sad
