Pros

Compensation (Salary, Commission, Bonus, & Benefits)

Cons

- Pure arrogance in upper management and at other levels - Broken corporate culture with no true identity - Growing through acquisition gives a false sense of reality. - Sub-Par onboarding process / training -No Big Picture or Vision - Poor Communication - No accountability - No solid processes or policies - Constant Infighting beween all of the business that have been acquired - No collaboration or sharing of best practices between companies - Insecure management - No true value proposition in a industry that demands it - Industy Low-Ball bidder win on price then raises prices later - Unwilling to listen to insight - Historicly high turnover (should have been a red flag that I paid attention to) - Worst manager & company I have ever worked for

Pros

The money was goid and you are selling a proven brand.

Cons

Terrible management... genuinely had a manager say that a female manager was employed as "he could probably bang her". Product over priced compared to competitors. Way too much cross over with areas and staff. Management is very much a boys club, when you are doing well it's down to great management, when your not it's because you are lazy. Loads of pointless meetings to discuss things that could be put in an email.
