      Pros

      Car, benefits, home office, self paced.

      Cons

      Overpriced product! High target increases! Small territories! Territory splits! Constant price increases! Terrible upper management! Culture is drink the Wurth cool-aid or else! If you are reading this, take a pass, you do not want to be here. Have had many colleagues who left after 7-10 and 12 years. Have many more like myself looking to finally get out. Decreasing territory size main reason. you work hard to be successful and then they take 30%-50% of the territory and ask you to start again. You feel demoralized. STAY AWAY1

      Pros

      Great Leadership, excellent Benefits and all around great Company to work at. I had my best employment years to date at Adams.

      Cons

      Not many cons can I think of, the Pay is more than fair, the environment is great, conditions, benefits etc are all good. Perhaps the end of year inventory audit was a bit antiquated, but could have changed by now.

      Poor Structure within business

      Pros

      Fully expensed company car for Field Sales personnel including private use. They provide extensive in-house training with really good content.

      Cons

      The structure of the divisions within the organisation need to be reassessed. There are too many divisions and therefore too many sales consultants with similar areas of business. Salaries are very low for Sales consultants and commission isn't the greatest and not that easily achievable. Geographical areas for sales consultants vary in size and the ability to sell and earn depends on the size of your area and the amount of potential customers within that area.
