Pros

Compensation package, but looks may be deceiving. Don't be fooled by incentives like company car, benefits, etc. All worthwhile sales jobs are expenses paid.

Cons

I have been a career sales and management professional for over 25 years. After a presentation with 8 other candidates for one (small) territory, my interview with an obviously inexperienced hr person and a newly promoted area manager was totally robotic. They projected micro management, a "stick to the book" edict, minimal compensation to start and shrinking territories. The pie is static, but they plan to double the sales reps within a short time, meaning the pie slices will be continuously smaller. Don't walk away - RUN AWAY!!

Pros

Financial stability, international setup, company culture, fair income, internal trainings, interesting tasks, good recognition in the market, family owned, company cars

Cons

Decisions take long, very conservative, old school style of doing business, local management gets overruled by headquarters, mother company is always right, very weak e-commerce, unpredictable management

Pros

Growing organization with many opportunities to advance and continue in education/learning/certifications/professional memberships. Great company for entry level professionals to join since there are many promotions from within. Benefits are great - many medical and dental plans to choose from and also 401k matches. There are fun events on occasion too like bean bag tournaments, catered lunches, minute to win it events, and wellness events/challenges. Pay is competitive - especially when factoring in the benefits package and opportunities.

Cons

Company has a very fast paced environment (not necessarily a bad thing as days go by very quickly)
