Pros

its a job that pays money

Cons

Against my better judgement I took a job with Wurth, from the beginning there were major red flags and still are. "Management" is a club of men that like to stroke egos and have theirs stroked, but have zero skill managing anything but hiding their shoddy work, and terrible "management" . Look out for these ones! if you don't brown nose enough, you will find yourself on the black list, the name of the game here ( and your job description ) is be as phoney and unethical as you can be, wear your fake smile and pretend to like the incompetent attention hungry managers. This company is the worst run company with the most horrible culture and ethics I ever ever worked for. I'm here till I find something else, then I'm gone.

Pros

Interesting Tasks, but nothing too complitcated. International customers

Cons

Usually it is a regular 40 hours of working time per week. Unpaid extra hours are not unsual (don't get me wrong here, I willing to do the extra mile but I would like to receive recognition for it from time to time). Considering the workload, the remuneration is certainly way too low. Work-Life Balance is ok, there are not any regular team building events. I wish they would invest more (financially and trust-wise) into the young and well-educated people.

Pros

The only Pro I have is that they guys that work in the Warehouse work their you know what's off.

Cons

Management doesn't appreciate the Warehouse Crew. Only sales. Warehouse employees are expected to work 12 to 16 hours a day with no appreciation from anyone. HR DEPARTMENTS has way too much control in the everyday workings of the different locations. HR complains about the Over Time, yet Management will staff according to demand so all of the work falls on the few people that are there. So they are punished for going the extra mile and getting the work done instead of appreciated.
