Pros

You get a company car that you are treated like a child with. no other pros. at all.

Cons

management hides their awful ways from upper management and the owner to keep their jobs. management lies growth numbers are absolutely ridiculous micro managed no respect for workers, you are JUST A NUMBER Work 8-5, then bring 2-3 hours of work home PER NIGHT that you HAVE to do. horrible place to work. If you like managers that lie and treat you like garbage, if you enjoy playing brown noser to get farther ahead, if you enjoy throwing your morals out the window to make your unattainable numbers, if you enjoy arrogant lying backstabbing bosses...this is your job. you don't move up unless you brown nose and screw custmers over, that's the name of the game....then those people make management! imagine being led by lying, immoral brown nosing crooks.

Pros

The only pro would be you get a company car to spend from 8 am - 5 pm in EVERY DAY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Not kidding.

Cons

-Management has no idea about TRUE growth within territories and expect impossible numbers -the entire company is micro managed -work is taken home EVERY night, expect at LEAST an hour EACH night -Managers gossip -Managers lie to keep their jobs, even when they aren't making numbers themselves -upper management has NO idea whats going on in the field due to territory managers preventing news and complaints from travelling upwards -company values are NOT upheld at all. ever. -expect to repeatedly ask for help, product, answers and NEVER get it -targets are ridiculous to reach and completely out of touch with whats going on within the territory. -big boys club.

Pros

Opportunity to work abroad if you are willing to. Offer training, and the ability to further your education.

Cons

Work-life balance between being in the field and having to bring work home every evening.
