Pros

Opportunity to work like a slave in a box without windows. Low salary for work load and responsibility. Multiple exposures to airborn and contact pathogens in a room with no air flow what so ever. Rediculous money spent on promotions no one uses or cares about. Sponsorships of $5000 to 300 little league teams instead of raises or increased staffing...Good Job!

Cons

Began with Take Care before it was sold to Walgreens. Started with production bonuses up to $5000 in 2007, 20% employee discounts, promises of matching 401K, PTO based on 40 hour work week. By 2008 all these perks and promises were gone. Gone also were the Medical Assistants to help us get our "20 min" exams done. So essentially you get to bust your buns for 12 hours without even a potty break. Every promise was broken.

Pros

I enjoyed the team I worked with. I learned so much and appreciated the work-life balance. My peers and direct leaders were awesome.

Cons

Expensive health insurance. Low pay compared to industry standards. Company ruined its relationships with big clients and lost them so they were forced to downsize and cut hundreds of employees. Overall the company lacks communication with employees and customers. Not great room for advancement. Little to no recognition from leaders. CEO hides and doesn’t care about his employees.

Pros

The pay is decent, and schedule flexibility with off days are completely unmatched! And the ability to work from home is awesome.

Cons

Overall, allianceRX does not care about the patients. Everything is so focused on metrics and numbers that if you actually followed the metrics and numbers, the patient would suffer more than what they already do. People don’t do their jobs, there are people waiting weeks almost months for medication, and no one has touched their accounts. They introduce new applications that are supposed to better your work experience, but don’t make sure the new applications are in good working order. You get reprimanded for having system issues, when it is not your fault, and the system issues happen everyday. Management does not care about you or the patients, again, all they care about is the numbers. If you get off the phone and have to finish notes, you are marked negatively.
