Pros

3 days on 3 days off work schedule. Decent benefits.

Cons

Terrible senior management. No real development, basically just work shifts. Low morale from associates. Company is more worried or concerned with a score card vs taking care of customers and their associate's needs. Most management is promoted within, so you have to work with managers that are not very professional.

Pros

not a hard job. you can advance far in the company if you are transferable. open about operations, so it's a good learning experience for retail.

Cons

unfortunately being living and breathing will get you an interview (and perhaps a job) in my area. the bottom line is always a consideration and it's pretty tight right now so getting a full time position is next to impossible.
