Pros

Flexible Schedule and you could take time off even if you didnt have vacation time left.

Cons

Not really any room for advancement unless you want to go into managment. They didnt really show any other areas of the company for a college graduate.

Pros

I had good job security working at wal-mart...I never felt like I would be fired. I enjoy working with people so the customers were a plus. There was always something to do and there were always shifts to pick up if I wanted more hours.

Cons

THe pay was not very good and the hours were very long. The benefits ere not very good either. Being at a store that is open 24-hours meant I had to be very flexable with my schedule.

Pros

It can be a fun place to work. Lots of nice people do work there and they offer a discount, which helps since working there you are more likely to buy something.

Cons

At the moment there is no overtime. Some members of management that are over a few stores are making bad choices that hurt my ability to do my job, making up rules that don't make any sense to me.
