the way ur treated- walmart doesnt care about the associates just trying to make their customers happy how you are treated by management- management has a clear difining line of where you should stand and where they are: I was told not to interact with the associates that much because i was part of management. Where do I start, management is runed by dee dee dee these people well intentionally under staff you in the pharmacy just to save time and money, additionally they promise “management” to all employees who work hard, which I guess is an inside joke you won’t get fully till you work there. Not to mention they always ask you at the last minute to come to work. They also fire senior tech's who's wages have gotten to high around $20hr, or seriously kill your hours to 29 if your full time. Also you never get off on time, you always have to at least work 25 to 45 minutes afterwards, especially if you are working the evening shift since you are under-staffed and are required to service the customers who get to the pharmacy before it closes. ALSO YOU CAN NOT TAKE BREAKS AT ALL FOR ANY REASON, which last I check was against Texas state law, my pharmacy manager would laugh if you asked and say get back to work. Also Wal-Mart well does anything to keep cost down just keep this in mind if you work for them (ie wages, unions, healthcare,ect.).
