      - Pay is very low w.r.t market standards - Unresponsive Management - Promotion cycle like a government office. Nobody cares how well you work, You'll only get a promotion when you have spent enough time

      1. Resource Managers are not aware of the Live technologies ,they ll have their designation as cloud computing Resource Manager ,but they will not even know the types of cloud services available in the market. 2. HRs are just for name sake ,they dont have powers to stop abuses ,forcing people into irrelevant skills / 3. It will be between you and your Manager all the time ,If your manager is technically weak to understand or compelling you to take up any irrelavant career spoiling assignments ,you have no other options than quitting ,that too with a intolerable notice period
