      good place to work as lateral hire employee.Scope of learning and trainimg. Disiplined and streamlined processes. Of course it depend on which technology you are working with,

      Salary hike is minimal. You will get a growth bit it is very hard to get increase in salary.This is the only issue.

      Good place to start your career. Chance to learn the business management things....Great onsite opportunities... Great establishment between the clients n the core team.

      Cons

      No appraisal for first 2 yrs... HRs and managers think the company belongs to them & they can treat you as u r working as a sweeper over there....

      Pros

      To some extent gives the ability to move across different practices and business divisions. If you end up working with a good manager then your learning and growth will improve immensely.

      Cons

      Many projects are underbid which results in hectic schedule and longer working hours. Difficult in maintain work life balance. Even if one has no work, has to maintain 9.5 hours.
