      Pros

      The pay rate is a plus and you get ample time off.

      Cons

      Not really much room for growth. Employees are hired to do one job only and no way to branch off into other sectors.

      Pros

      The usual benifits of a large organization.... Has brand value and good reputation among average middle class Indian no other special pros....

      Cons

      - Full of incompetent people. Competent people has to over work to cover up incompetency in others. - Management doesnt know to retain best people. - Complete lack of transperancy - Useless, unjustified policies which drives out the best talents. - fails to identify and promote the correct people. -hypocrisy -flawed method to judge skill of employees is being practised. It'll lead to ultimate doom.

      Great Work Atmosphere, Conducive to growth and knowledge sharing, Lots of opportunities (only if you are allowed to take them)

      Cons

      Opportunities cannot be grabbed just like that - you need to go a huge roundabout manner which is a hindrance to progress, very low pay at the junior and middle segment, Managers think of nothing but "billing" - employee growth does not matter much to them
