      If you to have some study material join wipro

      Politics,no growth opportunity.Very low pay. Onsite is not based on person's experience,but based on whom PM likes.All people who wag their tails around PM get max benifits of onsite,promotions etc.The managers acts like CEO's takes for granted the respect to be given to an employee.

      Poor treatment to epmployees, Company has a huge overburden of non-billed staff (especially in higher management level) It's a complete wastage of time and experience

      worst management,management is very cruel towards employees,always blackmails saying your appraisal will be affected.HRs are puppets in the hands of management.In wipro senior management is full of arrogance,they dont release from account or project to try new options,worst management.
