      Initial salary might be high ( only for onsite employees )

      Cons

      Unqualified managers : You need to put a lot effort to make them understand what you have accomplished. Actually they are more interested in questioning you rather than providing a good motivation. Hard to find a new assignment: If you are working onsite ( out of India ) it's your responsibility to find a new project after your initial assignment come to end and opportunities are very less. No hike in salary !

      The training is thorough and good. Good working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Employees can't opt their field of interest. They are forced to undergo the training for a developer, tester without asking their field of interest.
