Pros

Gain breadth of experience in health care information technologies, epecially if you are interested in health care content "construction" and "distribution"

Cons

Thinks like a publishing company. Expectations from health care information technology vendors are high, wolters kluwer health does not cut it. Its senior management made decisions as if it was a publishing company while it tried to company while competing in fast-changing health care information technology space.

Pros

vacation time, benefits and casual dress work environment (Wearing jeans to work is nice, but be aware that if you want to be promoted dress for the job you want not for the job you have)

Cons

-Young work environment with mostly inexperienced first time job holders -Management not good with providing fair non-biased work evaluations/feedback in a timely manner, not willing to help average employees succeed -Work within a team, but not a team work environment -Favoritism and popularity are essential to recieving promotions -Unwritten rule requires everyone to not take lunch, but instead eat at desk while working
