      Pros

      New vision has been implemented and all groups are coming together. Products are evolving and on the tax side are leading in the industry. The Dallas office environment is very positive with a great group of people. Executive leaders care about the people in the organization and providing the tools necessary to succeed.

      Cons

      Change is hard. Some people struggle with changing from past practices to give the new a chance.

      Pros

      Very exciting and challenging industry; feeling proud by serving all the professional markets (CPA firms and Corporate); the opportunity of embracing cloud era and work on products featuring the most advanced technology. Working hours are very flexible and vacations are sufficient. Culture is mild. Sometimes even a little too laid-back.

      Cons

      The company's internal functions don't have a very efficient way of cooperating with each other in terms of managing the products and monitoring the results of the projects. Many regular meetings end up nowhere. We have great opportunities but we sometimes couldn't catch the low-hanging fruit.
