      Good company, disorganized teams

      Pros

      The company is a good place with a good heart; there are a lot of great work-life balance initiatives, for example, and they take diversity and inclusion seriously. Many of my peers had well over 10 years of experience, which indicates a strong company foundation.

      Cons

      The team I was on (CT) was dysfunctional and top heavy; decisions were made on the basis of no data or understanding of anything other than "that's just the way we do things."

      Cons

      Top leadership does not value employees. Treating customers poorly Leadership limiting earning potential. Need new leaders at the top at The Tax and accounting division.
