Pros

Work from home 3 days a week Salary is pretty good. Wonderful people to work with in customer service, CSM team (both Melbourne and Sydney), Sales Associate team as well as TL, and the BDM Team and Manager are great.

Cons

Where to start? You will see reviews about the management having no clue and they are all true. The Tuesday meetings were notorious for senior management across operations, product, sales, and marketing would all throw crap at the sales team to make themselves feel good. There are so many examples of work place bullying , harassment, and a toxic work culture - yet no one wants to admit or fix it. It is not unusual to see the SD come out and scream at the top of his voice at people for no reason at all - really should not be managing anyone or any department. Management seems to think it is 1995 still and does not want to adapt to the new world. You wont get any support from Marketing, Product is no help at all, and I have no idea what any of these departments do after all these years. If your hobbies include micro management, ridiculous sales pressure, and working with some toxic senior leaders (not all mind you ), then its the perfect place for you.
