Pros

WK is a nice place to work, the colleagues and management are good and there is a lot of focus on employee well-being. There is also a good benefits package.

Cons

There is not much upward mobility. I think employees are generally very satisfied and stay in their roles, which is a good thing, but it does mean that opportunities to move upwards are limited. Also the working hours are a bit longer than standard 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour lunch break. I tried to get the lunch-break reduced, but was advised by management that this would be difficult to achieve and would require signing a new contract.

Pros

I thrived in a supportive work environment that encouraged growth and collaboration. The role was intellectually challenging, offering a variety of engaging projects that kept me motivated. I was entrusted with independent responsibilities, which allowed me to develop valuable skills and gain significant experience.

Cons

Micromanagement. Low salary. Limited opportunities for career growth.
