      Bad team + Old Tech-Stack

      Pros

      Some colleagues are very helpful and nice but very silent, but if you find them, than you feel well

      Cons

      more or less everything, they offer in job interview things which they not keep, the tech-stack in Java is fully self-developed (not any use of state-of-the-art technologies), migration is not possible. The team is a group of people which fight every day each person against each other.

      Interesting projects,big clients and great potential.Technology stack was interesting and it can get the attention of any professional software developer.

      Cons

      Poor midle management.Poor architectural decisions in building applications.The future looks terible because the current strategy is really hard to implement and there is a unanimous opinion that it might fail.
