Flexible timings, cross collaboration, good managers.

Cons

Can be laid off very soon, everything looks good for first few months, and later on due to sudden business changes or outsourcing engagements, you never know what will happen in next few months and could be laid off as part of change management, very frequent changes in top management and mid level management, so you will be at your risk if you join, at the end of the day it is acquired by PE firm.

In my experience, I've encountered nothing but very friendly, welcoming, helpful, smart, and – overall – amazing colleagues. With this, Wood Mackenzie has a very strong and positive workplace culture, having a presence in 30 global locations. Additionally, the company offers extensive professional/talent development opportunities, for example, WoodMac U is available as a wonderful learning and development platform as well as edX (for free), offered to all colleagues – in all regions around the world. Lastly, the company's analytical capabilities and product offerings are unparalleled in the market. Wood Mackenzie is an extremely innovative and technology-forward organization, which is so vital this day in age!
