There’s not much to say for pros.

Cons

HR allows retaliation for reporting harassment. Very hostile work environment - not much collaboration or empowerment. WM is slowly decreasing benefits and benefits are not equally offered to all employees. Leadership bulldozes based on past experience at other companies. Not heading in a good direction. Avoid this company.

Depending on the area, work can be quite interesting and good for long-term career growth. Lots of good people in the org.

Cons

Tons of bitter, unproductive politics at the higher levels. Leadership as a whole is dysfunctional and not empowered to succeed. New PE company slashing costs and losing talent.
