It used to be a very nice place to work once upon a time!

Cons

Full of politics, they always let go of good talent and make people who are completely useless as lead. The management doesn't care about anyone except those who are "Yes men". One manager gives you a title and after that manager leaves, the title is taken back. Filled with juniors and those thinking they know everything. High attrition rate due to unsustainable work environment. And yes by the way no career growth, just stagnate.

Great team ethos and great pople with vast knowleadge

Cons

Lack of investment and empowerment, consultants have taken over the running of the company and they love a process and complexity. Research is pretty simple and its been made way too complicated.
