Pros

Compared to regional companies, the salary is acceptable. One of the plus advantages is the number of holidays per year of 25 (that can change because it was acquired by Verisk). You work in a multinational environment and depending on your boss, they have a flexible scheme to work.

Cons

There is no guidance from your superiors, they expect you to learn by yourself or by asking with no guideline to follow their procedures. The annual benefits are average and they consider you as promotional material if you wear out yourself by working extra hours. It is very difficult to get promoted.
