      Pros

      Good pay, good work life balance. If your direct manager is from abroad, you'll most definitely enjoy your time here. If your direct manager is in office, it's a coin toss.

      Cons

      Pay is still on the lower scale compared to Rystad or IHS. Growth is very limited, and amount of time you've worked here overshadows your skills or achievements. Good to work here while looking for better.
