Pros

The entire process was clear from the start, expectations, next steps. I appreciate how prompt the HR team was in following up with me during the process, and how they made the interviews feel more genuine conversations rather than an interrogation. The tone was friendly but professional which made me feel very comfortable and easier to give my best.

Cons

Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. If anything, since the company is quite large, some steps in the process naturally take a bit longer to move through which is understandable and didn't negatively affect my overall experience, just worth noting for future candidates to keep in mind.

Pros

We are encouraged to rotate to different teams around the company as a form of continuous learning. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and upward mobility, especially early in your career. Great people in general and you are able to easily contact people who are in high positions at the company.

Cons

A lot of cost cutting and job cutting. They use this lack of job security as a psychological tool to do things like force you to move closer to the HQ in Miami, but don't adjust the salaries to keep up with the cost of living in Miami.
